Leading Successful Programmes (LSP) was developed to plug the gap in project and programme management training, in particular the Prince 2 and MSP obsession with "processes".  This course, instead, examines the "people" aspects of delivery, looking at what inspires people, attributes of great leaders, and what levers to pull to maximise delivery success.  This course also looks at the relationship between power, charisma, gravitas and respect and considers how each of these contribute to people's motivation to deliver
